“CELIAC 101”
meetings
(formerly called “Antipanic” meetings)
Celiac 101 information sessions are for those newly diagnosed and their family members to
learn all the do’s and don’ts about living with celiac disease.
Our volunteers will take you on an imaginary trip to the grocery store, show you the large variety of foods
available, how to check labels and to use your kitchen wisely. This is a fantastic way to learn how to eat well and be healthy on a gluten-free diet. So, bring your family, friends and, of course, your questions.

No food or drinks allowed unless purchased in Fortinos
