Is Easter Egg Dye Gluten Free?

Most brands are gluten-free but always check the labeling. Pure distilled vinegar, often used in egg dyeing, is also gluten free.

Tip: You can mix distilled vinegar and gluten-free food coloring to
create your own egg-dyes!

Family gatherings can be nerve-racking especially when it comes to food being prepared in a shared kitchen. If you’re looking to educate a family member on hot spots in a shared kitchen, watch our video with our Registered Dietitian, Nicole Byrom. It’s a great resource you can share with family and friends who want to cook for you!
