Scotiabank Charity Challenge
Over the past 4 years, the CCA has raised over $75,000 through the Scotiabank Waterfront Marathon for research, diagnosis and support for celiac disease and gluten-related disorders in Canada. We’re proud to announce that this year, we’ve raised:
$32,566 to increase awareness about celiac disease and provide better access to care!
Thank you for giving generously. Due to the incredible support of donors like YOU, we will continue our mission with determination.
Despite the challenges of 2021, the Canadian Celiac Association will be able to continue funding groundbreaking research, offering world-class education forums, like our 3rd virtual conference upcoming on November 13-14, 2021, offering services of a registered dietitian, advocating for safe gluten-free food and moderating peer support to 16,000+ individuals through our Facebook community – all thanks to you!
We couldn’t do it without you. From the bottom of our hearts – Thank you!

You’ve Helped People Like Addison & Her Mom:
“This year, Addison and I both ran in the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Charity Race. Addison ran the kids 1km race and I ran the full marathon, in the month of October. We chose the CCA as our charity as Addison was diagnosed with celiac disease about 2.5yrs ago. The CCA has been a great resource for our family and will continue to be in the coming years. We want to thank you for donating your hard earned money for a charity that is close to our hearts. It truly means a lot to us!
Thanks so much! ”
