Honey Sriracha Toasted Bagel with Scallion Chive Cream Cheese

    For the cream cheese

    • Whipped cream cheese
    • Fresh chives
    • Scallions or green onions
    • Chopped garlic
    • Freshly ground black pepper

    For the Bagel

    • Promise Gluten Free Multiseed Bagel
    • Honey
    • Siracha
    • Sunflower seeds



    Mix Cream Cheese: In a bowl, combine 12 oz whipped cream cheese, sliced scallions (1/4 cup), fresh chives (2 tbsp), grated garlic (1 clove), and black pepper to taste. Stir well and refrigerate.

    Add Toppings: Drizzle honey and sriracha on cut side of bagels.


    Spread Cream Cheese: Evenly spread cream cheese mixture on top of bagels.
