Food Labelling

When you are required to follow a gluten-free diet, it can be difficult to navigate food labels. While Canada is one of the better regulated countries, there is still an overuse or misuse of precautionary labelling. CCA led a market research survey in May 2019 and it highlighted the confusion for gluten-free consumers.

As a result, CCA and its expert volunteers developed a guideline and a recorded webinar to help you navigate grocery stores and ordering online.
