Mental Health and Wellness

A recent poll has reported that 25% of Canadians are facing increased mental health challenges as a result of COVID-19. For people with celiac disease, they can be at increased risk for depression and other mental health disorders, especially prior to diagnosis. We’ve collected some of our recent resources in one location to help support you.
