S’mores Nachos

S’mores are made for sharing, dive into this all-in-one version. Recipe created by Chef Lori Grein.

    Ingredients

    • 1 package Kinnikinnick S’moreables®  (220 g)
    • ½ package milk chocolate chips (163 g)
    • 2 cups mini marshmallows (100 g) 

    Using a fire pit

    Place a flat grate over top of fire pit for cooking on.

    Using a cast iron pan or tin foil tray, line the bottom with ½ a package of broken S’moreables®, ½ the chocolate chips and ½ the mini marshmallows. Repeat with a second layer.

    Place on top of fire pit grate and cook until marshmallows and chocolate chips are ¾ melted (using heat proof equipment, move pan around during cooking process for even cooking).

    Remove from heat and enjoy (contents are extremely hot).  

    Using a BBQ

    Preheat BBQ to 350°F (176°C).

    Using a cast iron pan or tin foil tray, line the bottom with ½ a package of broken S’moreables®, ½ the chocolate chips and ½ the mini marshmallows. Repeat with a second layer.

    Place on bottom rack and cook until marshmallows and chocolate chips are ¾ melted (using heat proof equipment, move pan around during cooking process for even cooking).

    Remove from BBQ and enjoy (contents are extremely hot).

    Remember to use extreme caution when cooking on fire pits as cooking surfaces and equipment are extremely hot.  

     

    Always use heat proof equipment and safety.
